Personal CRM Sync

Personal CRM Sync is a private, self-hosted automation that keeps the owner's personal contact database up to date. It runs entirely on owner's own home server in Belgium and is used exclusively by its single owner. It is not a public product or service.

What the application does

• Reads the account owner's Google Contacts (names, emails, phone numbers, birthdays, organisations) via the Google People API.
• Syncs that contact data into the owner's self-hosted Monica CRM instance, also running on the owner's own server.
• The data is stored and processed exclusively on hardware owned by the account owner; it is never shared with, sold to, or shown to any third party.

Why Google Contacts access is requested

The contacts OAuth scope is requested so the application can keep the owner's CRM contact records (names, emails, phone numbers, birthdays and employer information) consistent with the owner's own Google Contacts. No data is used for advertising, analytics, training, or any purpose other than this synchronisation.

Who can authorise this app

This application is restricted to the owner . No other Google accounts are supported or intended.
