Privacy Policy — Personal CRM Sync

1. Who this policy covers

This application ("Personal CRM Sync") is a private, self-hosted tool used exclusively by its owner. It is not offered to the public and no other users exist.

2. What data is accessed

• Google Contacts data of the owner's own Google account: names, email addresses, phone numbers, birthdays, and organisation/employment information, via the Google People API (contacts scope).

3. How the data is used and stored

• The data is used for one purpose only: synchronising the owner's Google Contacts with the owner's self-hosted Monica CRM instance.
• All synchronisation, processing and storage happen on the owner's own server in Belgium. No Google user data is transmitted to, processed by, or stored with any third-party cloud service.
• No data is sold, shared, used for advertising, analytics, or AI/ML training.

4. Retention and deletion

Contact data remains stored on the owner's own server indefinitely as part of normal CRM operation. The owner may at any time revoke the application's access via their Google Account security settings, after which no further Google data is accessed. Data already stored in the owner's own CRM remains under the owner's sole control.

5. Data sharing

None. No Google user data is transferred to any third party. All processing occurs on privately owned hardware within a private Tailscale network.
